An uncanny radio commentator invites residents of a small town in Northern Uganda to participate in an Ikoce competition. But what is Ikoce and for whom is it performed? As the narrative unfolds, the film sonically and anecdotally questions notions of cultural legacy, kinship, individual and collective memory.
