A proposition of a memorial for the Afghans currently living in Germany under Duldung through participative planting of red tulips (the national flower of the country) in urban spaces. For each “tolerated” body, a cherished one will bloom in spring, coinciding with the beginning of the Persian New Year. Since the Champion of EU Asylum should not just be tolerating nationals of the unsafest country on Earth. Cities remember what we want them to.
