In 2019, more than 80,000 cyclists were injured and 445 killed on the roads of Germany. Poor or non-existent infrastructure is the reason for this. Environmentally destructive cars get too much space, while cyclists get way too little, and politics changes nothing. RIOD uses the §27 StvO (Road Traffic Regulations) to unite cyclists with similar routes in an association and thus obtain the right to claim an entire lane for themselves! For more safety! For more space! For our environment!
