A woman is stuck in a time loop. Every time she dies in a slapstick-like accident in her small flat, she is sent back to the beginning. The longer the time loop persists, the harder it becomes to maintain supporting structures. How Long Is Now reflects on isolation, the nature of routines and ingrained thought patterns, the well-trodden paths of time-travel plots, and whether we do violence to continuity when we kill time.
